About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing weekly orders across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels while ensuring timely, accurate execution through third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, monitoring logistics performance, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience managing vendor relationships
Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
Prior experience handling both B2B and DTC orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong data collection, tracking, and reporting skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in the beauty industry
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
Tools & Systems: NetSuite and/or SPS Commerce

Responsibilities

Review, approve, and manage weekly B2B and DTC customer orders
Ensure customer-requested delivery dates are clearly understood and executed
Coordinate and book inbound freight from vendors to warehouse locations
Enter and maintain accurate receiving and inbound shipment data within the ERP system
Track and report on-time delivery performance for customers
Track and report in-full delivery performance for customers
Monitor and manage inbound and outbound freight spend against budget
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with logistics requirements
Maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners to ensure orders are executed on time and in full
Develop, maintain, and report logistics KPIs to support operational and business initiatives
