About The Position

SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in our San Leandro location. Do you love working in a fast-paced team environment? Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office related experience
  • Prior logistical experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
  • Ability to actively listen, respectfully question, show empathy, and resolve conflict, all while maintaining a teamwork attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to learn new and proprietary software.
  • Minimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration service industry experience a plus.
