About The Position

Project Management is a key component to growth and success of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator to plan and execute service pickups across the country while effectively communicating with appropriate contacts within Diamond Assets client base. This position will directly report to the VP Of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of client projects and services, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This will include client communications, creation of pick lists for our warehouse team, label creation, and all other necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule pickups with regards to efficiencies and cost reductions including, labor involvement, hotels, air travel, etc.)
  • Maintains weekly and monthly reporting on projects.
  • Work toward issue resolution independently or with a team
  • Update and manage ERP system in coordination with logistics activities.
  • Develop ongoing training materials for department staff, such as work instructions.
  • Effective communication with shipping & receiving personnel
  • All other duties as assigned
