About The Position

Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucks Log transactions using our WMS/ERP and Excel. Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues fast. Partner with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scale Clerk, Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS/ERP.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.
• Ability to work in smelly environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• We participate in E-Verify.

• Sit-down forklift experience a plus
