What You’ll Do Track and maintain paperwork for each semi-trailer shipment Process and ship direct orders once invoiced Direct drivers and customers to the correct facility for loading and unloading Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate shipment records Print, manage, and update orders in the order management system Answer general shipping and receiving phone calls Communicate with suppliers regarding hardware needs and lead times Receive and process Fastenal and other hardware deliveries Download, organize, and scan shipment photos and paperwork daily for Accounting Qualifications What We’re Looking For High School diploma or GED required Logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Clear communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
