As a Logistics Associate, you will support daily outbound shipping operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time. This position is ideal for someone who can execute day-to-day logistics tasks while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and support more efficient operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable using computer systems (Google Suite, Excel, or similar tools)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and customers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with parcel and freight shipping (FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
  • Experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
  • Experience resolving shipping issues, claims, or delivery exceptions
  • Interest in logistics operations, process improvement, or supply chain

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external customers with shipping-related questions and issue resolution
  • Process and coordinate outbound orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Prioritize and organize daily shipping tasks based on urgency and service levels
  • Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, damages, or delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activity
  • Assist in resolving parcel and freight claims
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate trends or improvement opportunities
  • Support efforts to improve shipping processes, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Follow standard operating procedures while helping identify gaps or inefficiencies
  • Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
