About The Position

Reporting to the Business Operations Logistics, Lead, the Logistics Associate supports the Logistics team, ensuring that products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. In addition, the Logistics Associate is also responsible for scheduling general service requests. The Logistics Associate is a key contributor to the Business Operations team as they keep the flow of business moving forward. Success in this role requires strong organization and time management skills, effective communication, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role is achieved through the combination of accuracy, display of efficiency, and proactivity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily logistical operations of sales orders
  • Process and manage all incoming email and web purchase orders
  • Create jobs and collect all needed documentation
  • Coordinate payment terms, shipping details, and fulfillment logistics
  • Generate pack slips
  • Submit vendor orders / fulfill from inventory
  • Coordinate vendor fulfillment obligations
  • Submit packing slip for lead / manager approval
  • Process all incoming web orders
  • Create jobs and collect all needed documentation
  • Coordinate fulfillment logistics of web orders
  • Generate pack slips
  • Submit vendor orders / fulfill from inventory

  • Execute daily logistical operations of service scheduling
  • Coordinate service scheduling flow with lead / manager
  • Conduct customer outreach for calibrations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Responsible for preparing and sending service quotes
  • Generate packing slips for service-related orders
  • Confirm service approvals with customers and coordinate service details
  • Provide customer support and respond to service-related inquiries
  • Manage purchase orders for required parts and rental kits
  • Schedule services and coordinate technician availability
  • Monitor parts order status and update schedules accordingly
  • Coordinate service scheduling as needed based on parts availability
  • Act as first layer of support for all customer inquiries
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and customer-focused communication standard
  • Triage and resolve general questions or issues promptly and accurately
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate team or lead
  • Document all customer interactions in HubSpot
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends
  • Stay knowledgeable about 100% of Indicate Technologies product and service offerings
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings
  • Provide customer engagement insight
  • Identify product and service offering gaps
  • Provide buyer insight observations
  • Identify buying trends around products and services
  • Provide customer landscape insights to rest of team
  • Research new products and upcoming industry technology advancements
  • Proactively resolves daily logistical issues that arise
