Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with customers, shippers, and receivers
  • Enter and maintain accurate load information in Trinity’s operating system
  • Scan and upload load tenders and supporting documentation
  • Keep customer account information current and organized
  • Assist with customer updates and carrier check calls
  • Coordinate and manage daily shipments
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Update external Customer Transportation Management Systems
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and with customers
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Support special projects and additional team initiatives
