We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The Logistics Assistant will support various logistics functions including inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Proven experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of shipping and receiving logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and labels
• Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Assist in tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to logistics operations
