The specialist will oversee the receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets in accordance with applicable government regulations, utilizing current technology. Key responsibilities include demonstrating initiative and effective follow-through, applying expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, document control, database management, and logistics engineering for hardware. The position also requires maintaining receivables and protection of goods, collaborating with Government Furnished Property (GFP) staff and the receiving manager to ensure efficient movement of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and GFP property, and assembling data to maintain up-to-date inventory of all GFP and GFE.
