About The Position

Outokumpu is a multinational stainless-steel producer. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Green Metals Team in the Manchester-Londonderry Area (South of MHT Airport), New Hampshire, USA. This is not a remote position   In Outokumpu’s Green Metals Team, we aim to leverage state‑of‑the‑art technologies and emerging disruptive innovations to establish a new paradigm in environmentally sustainable metals production. We have recently established a pilot plant facility in Northern Londonderry focused on inventing and validating innovative solutions for decarbonization and new product development for stainless‑steel manufacturing. We are seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our team. As a key team member, you will help ensure that our office and plant operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative, warehouse, or manufacturing setting
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience using SAP (required)
  • Ability to commute to the Manchester‑Boston Regional Airport area
  • Logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Outokumpu’s procurement organization for purchasing, inventory management, and internal audits
  • Perform basic financial tasks: processing invoices, expense tracking, budgeting, and reporting
  • Coordinate logistics for shipping raw materials and processed goods, including hazardous materials
  • Schedule recurring work by external contractors: office cleaning, lab‑coat cleaning, waste pickup, inspections, equipment maintenance
  • Organize material, consumable, and equipment stocks in collaboration with operations staff
  • Receive and unpack mail and packages
  • Serve as front‑desk receptionist for visitors
  • Coordinate office supplies, coffee, snacks, etc.
  • Schedule and organize team meetings, including agendas and catering
  • Coordinate group travel schedules
  • Track laboratory consumable usage and maintain supply inventories
