About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing is searching for a Logistics Analyst to join our growing team!  The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing logistics operations while ensuring full compliance with trade regulations. This role oversees shipment coordination, documentation, customs compliance, and data analysis to support efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain operations. The position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and government authorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, international trade, or trade compliance
  • Attention to detail and regulatory accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance-focused mindset with continuous improvement orientation
  • Root cause/Problem diagnosis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of HTS classification, country-of-origin rules, and valuation is preferred
  • Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit customs declarations and import/export documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all import and export transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export restrictions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s trade compliance program, including compliance with Harmonized Tariff Schedules
  • Establish and enforce internal policies and procedures for import/export documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Communicate with government agencies such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and international customs authorities
  • Stay current on changes to trade laws, tariffs, and regulations and ensure internal processes are updated accordingly
  • Assess company operations to identify trade compliance risks and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments to identify and prevent non-compliance
  • Identify, escalate, and report potential compliance risks to management
  • Analyze logistics and trade data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to tariff costs, compliance performance, and service levels
  • Implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and compliance consistency
  • Develop and deliver training programs on customs procedures, trade compliance policies, and regulatory updates
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to internal stakeholders on import/export requirements
