About The Position

The Logistics Analyst III – Materiel Fielding Coordinator provides comprehensive logistics and fielding support to the Capability Program Executive Office (PEO) – Ground (Soldier Systems), Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD), in support of Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services at Fort Detrick, MD. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing materiel fielding activities for medical devices and soldier support systems to ensure timely delivery, accountability, and operational readiness. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between program management, medical stakeholders, logistics teams, and supported units to facilitate successful fielding operations and sustainment planning. The Logistics Analyst III supports lifecycle logistics functions including fielding schedules, property accountability, equipment documentation, inventory tracking, training coordination, and post-fielding support. The position requires close collaboration with government personnel, medical professionals, and operational units to ensure compliance with Army regulations, medical standards, and program requirements.

Requirements

  • An active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Must be authorized to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical logistics or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Army Automation Systems such as TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3P.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at various echelons.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requirements effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing medical materiel fielding missions.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and use appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Execute Pre-Fielding Mission Requirements
  • Prepare and process support agreements
  • Create and maintain SharePoint folders for all UICs
  • Upload Mission Support Plans (MSPs
  • Track and manage signed documents via GEARS and DARTS
  • Monitor Materiel Fielding schedules to ensure execution according to plan
  • Prepare pre-fielding analysis reports
