Requirements

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business Management, or
You hold a Technical College diploma in a related field, combined with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
You have 2–12 years of experience in a similar role.
You thrive in a challenging and stimulating work environment.
You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
You can maintain strong relationships with suppliers and drive performance improvements.
You have a competitive mindset and are committed to continuous improvement.
You are skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
You can read and interpret contract language.
You are proficient with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce.
You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Evaluate part repair/overhaul quotations from suppliers for approval, and challenge them when warranty terms, pricing, or work scope do not align with Bombardier’s expectations.
Input and update information across various SAP transactions and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Support critical customer orders and ad-hoc in-service maintenance activities by expediting part reception from suppliers beyond contractual parameters (e.g., lead time).
Solve moderately complex problems within your area of expertise.
Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management.
Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans to address KPIs of increasing complexity.
