About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support across multiple departments. The role involves maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems, handling written communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff, and preparing necessary reports and documentation. You will assist with departmental projects, accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system, and verify product details, pricing, and delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with basic formulas.
  • Experience in order management, logistics, shipping and receiving, and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with material management systems and/or ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2+ years of strong administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support across multiple departments.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, forms, and documentation.
  • Assist with departmental projects and improvements.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP or order management system.
  • Verify product details, pricing, and delivery requirements.
  • Provide updates and confirmations regarding order inquiries.
  • Work with Sales and Account Management to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing invoices.
  • Match required documents, such as purchase orders and shipping records.
  • Perform financial data entry and support month-end activities.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation.
  • Assist with documentation related to warehouse and logistics activities.
  • Update records related to product movement, order status, and operational data.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support general inventory tracking or receiving documentation as needed.
