Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers They make sure they get the service that is due to them, customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems. If there is a missed pickup, their job is to research and ultimately resolve to ensure the freight is picked up. There is a report that comes out every morning which lists the missed pickups, the report will have some data points but there will be gaps that need to be problem solved using various tools, resources, data analysis and stakeholder communication to ultimately resolve the issue. Will work through 50 vendors to start and expected to work through 175 8 weeks into the role. Majority of communication will be in written form and less phone. Looking for people who like to solve riddles, the SOP that they have for this team provides guidelines, but they need people to jump in and own their space. Problem solving/critical thinking experience - Assigned vendors, they will have a lot of free reign to make decisions that are outside the box to drive the resolution. Need someone who can go beyond following instructions, must use critical thinking skills to find info that is not in reports. Must show good work history and tenure in previous roles. If they have advanced in their previous roles that is a big plus. Think outside the box, may not have all the answers, take the lead and connect the dots. Excel - copying and filtering data. Excellent written communication skills
