About The Position

Coordinating material procurement, storage, and distribution activities to ensure timely support of mission-critical operations Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels through regular audits and data reviews to maintain accuracy and compliance Collaborating with supply chain and production teams to forecast material needs and implement cost-effective logistics strategies Maintaining detailed records and documentation of material transactions, inventory discrepancies, and regulatory reporting Implementing corrective actions and process improvements to optimize logistical efficiency and support overall operational readiness

Requirements

  • Five plus years experience in a material management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage material logistics operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution in compliance with DoD standards
  • Proficient in utilizing logistics management systems and ERP solutions to track inventory levels, forecast material requirements, and sustain operational readiness
  • Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
  • FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
  • SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
