About The Position

The Logistician II provides comprehensive supply and warehousing support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Requirements

  • HS/GED with 3 years experience
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Ship receive, and inventory of designated assets to include procurement and products, and monitoring this function, IAW Government requirements.
  • Record details of incoming and outgoing items into a system, including quantities, product codes, and dates. Maintaining, tracking, and verifying Global Combat Support System Army (or other designated Government system) property hand receipt and verify inventory on a regular basis using Government directed methods.
  • Provide inventory support for accountable and non-accountable property, including scanning accountable property by Government property book personnel to achieve accurate collection of assigned barcoded items.
  • Execute logistics policies and SOPs and streamlining requests for equipment, shipping, and operational support.
  • Facilitate organizational and operational needs to include safety, security, property, facilities, and maintenance and coordinating schedules for these needs to ensure no impact of other mission operations.
  • Maintain accountability of all assigned assets by using Government identified databases and tracking systems.
  • Ensure all assets entering or leaving the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) are properly tracked and accounted and compliant with SCIF requirements.
  • Maintain equipment throughout its life, scheduling and forecasting calibration and verifying timeframes, and cycle equipment to reduce impact to mission including tracking historical data and forms such as shipping, warranty, calibration, turn-in, and current locations for commercial and GFE using Government identified databases and tracking systems.
  • Perform lifecycle management roles determining equipment capabilities versus requirements, which equipment can be used for validated testing, and the reliability and maintainability of equipment to determine the significance of repairs.
  • Package and ship to include complying with security requirements, packaging selection, labeling and documentation, transportation selection, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, customs clearance,
