Eurofins Built Environment Testing Central is seeking a Login Specialist to join our Houston, TX site location. The Login Specialist ensures efficient and accurate running of fast-paced laboratory tasks, including sample receipt/processing, interaction with clients, and the review and submittal of reporting. This position will require a high level of focus, detail-oriented accuracy and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Customer Service Experience (1-2 years of experience prefered)
  • Proven Office organizational and administrative skills, including previous experience supporting data entry and utilizing Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

  • Perform Work Functions and Keep Records as per Approved SOP’s and/or Laboratory Policies
  • Receive/Login Samples
  • Generate Sample Reports/Invoices
  • Manage Open Orders/Workflow
  • Identify and Record Nonconformities on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and on Preventive Action Requests (PAR).
  • Correct Nonconformities and Potential Nonconformities
  • Act as Liaison between Customers & Lab to Facilitate Completion of Work
  • Greet/Welcome Walk-In Customers
  • Monitor and Respond to Customer Requests
  • Answer Phones and Screen Incoming calls for management
  • Direct Lab Inquires to Lab
  • Administrative Support to Managers/Supervisors
  • Assist in Planning Staff Meetings/Birthday Celebrations
  • Monitor office and kitchen supply inventory
