About The Position

Oral Arts is a full-service, family-owned and operated dental laboratory dedicated to quality, innovation, and service. We specialize in manufacturing dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, and orthodontic appliances.

We are currently seeking a Log-In Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring incoming cases are accurately processed and prepared for production.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle the logistics of a high production environment
• Must have efficient and effective time management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to read and write

Responsibilities

• Accurately log incoming cases, remakes, and repairs into the dental laboratory software system.
• Identify and verify account information, ensuring correct shipping details are applied.
• Execute changeover procedures when modifications to the department, due date, materials, or other details occur.
• Follow alert procedures by reading and responding to alerts and documenting notes on work tickets.
• Review prescriptions (RX) and case materials, organizing them into appropriate colored pans.
• Coordinate with the internal customer service department and dental offices as needed.
• Utilize various software systems to retrieve and attach dental scans to the corresponding cases.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
