About The Position

General Purpose: The main responsibility for our Security is to serve our guests in the Resort. This role supports special events/groups, and holidays. Assisting guests, residents, and employees with vehicle jump-starts, vehicle-unlocks, intrusion alarms and motor vehicle accidents. Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees. Enforcing all property regulations. Traffic control and pedestrian safety on roadways within the resort and coming into the resort. Investigating incidents. Writing and filing reports. Requirements

Extensive customer service skills and experience
Clean driving record and background check
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Great interpersonal skills
Able to lift 50 pounds
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel and crouch
Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
Able to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Valid US Driver’s license
