About The Position
Cottonwood Creek Dental, a Mosaic Dental Collective supported practice in Eagle, ID is seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Tenens Dentist to join an established and growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and advance your career and work alongside practice partner Dr. Mike Dolby. Working in a Mosaic supported office also provides immediate access to a network of successful dental professionals aligned in their goal to build a successful doctor led dental collective. Mosaic Dental Collective is committed to preserving the essence of a private practice while providing the comprehensive support and resources of a traditional dental support company. Our collective comprises over sixty independent dental practices across Washington, California, Idaho and growing, forming a diverse and thriving multi-specialty network. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Idaho State License/Credentials
- Active DEA License
- Active Malpractice Insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
