Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset, capable of connecting with diverse personalities and driving results.
Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and engage effectively with a variety of individuals.
Demonstrated job excellence backed by strong references, showcasing a successful and tenacious work ethic.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong conflict resolution skills, with a balanced approach to professional independence and collaboration.
