About The Position
Lawrence Eye Care, a Hauser Ross–affiliated practice , is seeking a full-time Locum (Temporary) Optometrist (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our well-established primary eye care practice in Chicago. This opportunity begins early July and will continue for 3–6 months , with a minimum 3-month commitment . If you’re looking for a well-supported practice, modern technology, and a steady, manageable patient flow in a great Chicago location, this is an excellent opportunity. Full-time locum assignment (1099 IC) Start date: Early July Duration: 3–6 months $700 per day Medical malpractice insurance provided Average of 15 patients per day Lawrence Eye Care is conveniently located at 4659 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, IL 60630 : 10 miles northwest of Downtown Chicago 10 miles east of O’Hare International Airport 4 miles west of Lake Michigan
