About The Position
Lawrence Eye Care, a Hauser Ross–affiliated practice , is seeking a full-time Locum (Temporary) Optometrist (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our well-established primary eye care practice in Chicago. This opportunity begins early July and will continue for 3–6 months , with a minimum 3-month commitment . The Opportunity Full-time locum assignment (1099 IC) Start date: Early July Duration: 3–6 months $700 per day Medical malpractice insurance provided Average of 15 patients per day Clinical Scope Primary eye care Comprehensive eye exams Medical optometry Contact lens services Optical support available on-site Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month) Why Lawrence Eye Care?
