Responsible for providing locksmith services, as well as customer service and product sales to walk in and phone in customers including property managers, facility owners and light commercial contractors. A qualified applicant should have experience with commercial door hardware and keying. Reading and interpreting blueprints and a working knowledge of commercial doors, frames and hardware will be very helpful. Essential Functions Customer service skillsRepresent the company knowledgeably and professionally Provide solutions to customers relating to keys, cores, and key systems Facilitate customer relations between all branch location departments and customerPrepares and inputs orders as needed and researches and orders special products as necessary Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 2 years locksmith or locksmith apprentice experience3-5 years relevant work experience preferredKnowledge and experience commercial door hardware and keyingDetail-orientedCustomer service and problem solving skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience using Microsoft Office products requiredExcellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
