Job Function Reporting into the Supervisor of Production, Manufacturing/Operations , the General Laborer/Janitor will be based out of Lockland, Ohio .

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior janitorial, custodial, or labor experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical aptitude a plus.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
Empty trash cans and recycling bins; replace liners as needed.
Wipe down surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
Assist with moving, lifting, and transporting materials, furniture, and equipment.
Perform basic building maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely.
Support facility projects such as painting, minor construction, or outdoor upkeep.
Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to established procedures.
Assist with snow removal, lawn care, or exterior maintenance as assigned.
Set up and break down rooms for meetings or events.
Perform other duties as required to support facility operations.
