About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our Sash Department. This role is responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of window components, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble window sash components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support team members and assist in other areas as needed
