About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support building maintenance operations. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including general upkeep, cleaning, and exterior maintenance such as power washing. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate or learn to operate power tools and pressure washing equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50 lbs or more)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, grounds, or facilities work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks related to building and property maintenance
• Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities, including common areas and exterior spaces
• Operate power washing equipment to clean sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, and basic maintenance projects
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
• Support maintenance team with additional duties as needed
