About The Position

Individual will be focused on leading a group of clients through our upcoming Lockbox platform migration. This will be a client forward role, needing to understand lockbox processing and the receivables application process. Effective communication and project management will be critical.

Requirements

• Treasury management product experience
• Understanding of cash application process
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• LOCKBOX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Financial Services or Banking Industry Experience REQUIRED!

Nice To Haves

• Banking experience with a background in lockbox
• Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly
• Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candid and concise communication skills
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Guide a subset of clients migrating to a new lockbox platform
• Responsible for keeping clients on conversion timeline
• Provide product training to client subset
• Will provide conversion updates to both client and internal teams
