About The Position

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Location Support Engineer Level 2 to join its team. Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U, is seeking a Location Support Engineer Level 2 to support the technical backend systems that power our studio operations. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who combines strong troubleshooting and documentation skills with experience supporting, CMS tools, and membership management systems. The Location Support Engineer Level 2 plays a key role in maintaining pricing integrity, ensuring store system accuracy, and driving technical resolution of issues across our franchise ecosystem. This position works closely with Engineering, Product, and Brand teams to ensure seamless and scalable operational support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, business systems, or IT operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools to test and troubleshoot API interactions.
  • Experience with Webflow CMS for content management, publishing updates, and integrating structured data.
  • Familiarity with store lifecycle workflows and data integrity across digital ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to technical detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
  • Associate degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical onboarding, changes, and closure of brand locations by ensuring accurate execution of store lifecycle workflows.
  • Update and manage content in Webflow CMS to ensure accurate brand representation, pricing, and store data on public platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in pricing frameworks and store data across internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets related to membership systems (MMS), location onboarding/offboarding, digital listings, and pricing issues.
  • Document and escalate recurring problems and help develop permanent solutions in collaboration with senior engineering and IT teams.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining internal process documentation and team knowledge bases.
  • Contribute to process improvements related to digital content accuracy, operational tooling, and system integrations.
