In this role, you will be at the center of daily service execution—ensuring an exceptional experience for our client, coaching a high‑performing team, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do As the Location Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the site.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Valid passport or original birth certificate
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of attendants and Micro Market routes—planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure top-tier service.
  • Coordinate and oversee product deliveries to client locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Serve as the primary client partner, maintaining strong communication, trust, and collaboration.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team—supporting growth, performance, morale, and teamwork.
  • Provide ongoing, real-time feedback and recognition to attendants on service quality, productivity, safety, and client engagement.
  • Manage weekly inventory with precision; place orders to ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Champion a strong Service and Safety culture, using your leadership to boost employee engagement and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent, building a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Ensure exceptional retail convenience execution across all client sites.
  • Resolve client service issues, conducting daily Micro Market visits to identify and address opportunities.
  • Foster clear, effective communication at all levels—team, client, and internal partners.
  • Maintain accurate business and administrative records, including personnel files, invoices, inventory logs, and client documentation.
