About The Position

Gold-Eagle Cooperative is seeking a full-time Location Manager to join our agriculture team in Forest City, IA. T his position will also oversee the Leland grain facility in Leland, Iowa . As a Location Manager, you're at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You're responsible for keeping the facility and equipment clean and in top operational condition. You coordinate major repairs and enhancements with the Operations Manager, keep tabs on seasonal product inventories, and manage all purchasing and invoicing processes. Overseeing grain quality, inventory, and reports is key. You're also the leader for your team, handling hiring, training, and performance reviews, and ensuring safety policies are followed. Collaborating closely with various business divisions, you ensure product delivery and customer service are seamless. Additionally, you provide customers with grain bids and manage contracts while promoting the company's products and services. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation at the location!

Requirements
