At Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, the Local Store Marketer (LSM) is responsible for building sales at the local level by establishing community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. This role involves assisting the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales. Key activities include promoting in-house promotions, building relationships with local businesses, hotels, and civic groups, and developing and executing charitable and community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader and build brand awareness. The LSM also assists in public relations efforts, such as cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events, and communicates frequently with the management team and employees about ongoing programs and results.
