Requirements

• Service-oriented and a self-starter
• Ability to solve issues and problems creatively
• Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels
• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in outside business to business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, two (2) years preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely matter
• Oversee referring doctor relationships & monthly gifting
• Assists digital content for social media platforms
• Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients
• Support practice's in-office marketing efforts by handling inventory of marketing materials
• Assist with digital advertising through paid social ads and other opportunities
