WSB TV Atlanta is looking for a full-time Local Sales Assistant! In this position you will need to successfully operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. Requirements

A professional and positive attitude
Highly organized and possess the ability to switch focus quickly when needed and work on multiple projects at the same time
Accurate computer data entry skill and ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, able to act with a sense of urgency and adhere to set deadlines
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
Must be able to work in highly collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Strong customer service skills providing quick response time and accurate issue resolution
Results-driven and highly accountable
Self-directed, motivated, and with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
Must have a valid US driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Enter TV sales orders into our internal operating system while meeting strict deadlines
Maintain schedules and paperwork
Resolve any advertiser schedule discrepancies
Assist local sales account executives and sales managers with important tasks effectively and efficiently
Perform general office duties including answering phones including the switchboard, back up for other assistants and other key clerical duties
Updating station materials including media kits, program one-sheets and other sales documents
Prepare post campaign reports
