Collaborate with customer daily to address issues and ensure overall success Work with Team and drivers with safety as the focus. Address safety issues with drivers in a timely manner and respond with appropriate actions which may include warnings, probation, and possible termination. Communicate timely and effectively both through PS Tablet and over the radio with drivers. Communicate with drivers and customer to meet expectations and on time service requirements. Build strong relationships between drivers and management. Provide feedback both positive and constructive to drivers. Work effectively with safety and maintenance teams to address issues and concerns regarding drivers and equipment. Coach drivers on performance issues to include, company policy violations, and communicating effectively. Provide feedback to operations manager regarding driver issues/concerns that are not improving or may need further intervention with either operations or safety. Monitor drivers Hours of Service to ensure they are running within FMCSA regs.; ELD Exempt status Solicit drivers from other departments when necessary to cover schedules Daily expectations: Some duties include and not limited to: Payroll and timecards. Preparing Billing for all local accounts for PTI to bill weekly. Supervising the day to day Local operation, Addressing all issues both with Customer and staff Working with PTI HR, Payroll, Safety, and other operations teams. Keeping good documentation DM for All Spotters Interview and set up training and credentials for new driver hires in local fleet Manage the local schedule and filling open shifts Work Direct with customers. Attend Customer meetings. Point of Contact for GP/KBX needs Must also use GP system
