About The Position

The Local Marketing Intern will assist the operational staff with marketing outreach in the local communities that surround the Park. The intern will also assist with operational duties as needed.
African Safari Wildlife Park, one of the top family destinations in the Shores & Islands Ohio region, is entering a period of significant growth and investment. ALL POSITIONS: The Essential Functions of the job are to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, climb stairs and ladders, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Be able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• A minimum of 20 hours per week is desired
• Must have flexibility to work various hours, work locations, and positions as business warrants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness

• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to adhere to the company's existing policies and processes
