About The Position

At FLOFORM Countertops, we’ve been crafting and delivering premium surfaces since 1961. With 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, we complete over 20,000 installations annually—and we’re just getting started. We’re currently hiring a full-time CDL Driver based out of our Auburn/Tacoma branch. This role is primarily local, with occasional regional and long-haul coverage when needed.

Requirements

Class A CDL (required) with a clean driving record
3–5 years of long-haul driving experience
Flatbed experience required (step deck, double drop, or similar)
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid DOT medical card
Valid passport with ability to travel between the U.S. and Canada
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (assisted)
Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

Safely transport countertops and stone slabs across local routes in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area
Complete occasional regional runs (primarily to Portland) and provide long-haul coverage as needed (U.S. & Canada)
Operate a 26-ft flatbed straight truck and semi-truck when required
Load, secure, and unload materials safely (forklift + manual support)
Plan and execute routes using GPS and dispatch instructions
Maintain accurate delivery logs and trip documentation
Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
Deliver excellent service while representing the FLOFORM brand professionally
