Local Delivery Driver
About The Position
As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in keeping our time-critical operations running smoothly. Our team is built on people who show up, work hard, and genuinely care. In this role, you'll operate an extended high-roof sprinter van to complete local business-to-business deliveries throughout the Phoenix area, with designated routes, reliable equipment, and modern in-truck technology to help you stay safe, efficient, and on schedule. Requirements
- 21+ age requirement (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to navigate electronic devices, phone apps, and email
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 50lbs.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen check, and maintain a clean MVR.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Six months of delivery driving experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Operate an extended high-roof sprinter van safely and professionally on assigned local routes.
- Complete scheduled business-to-business deliveries within the Phoenix area.
- Utilize company-issued mobile communication technology for routing, updates, and documentation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness on all assigned stops.
- Provide outstanding customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT/insurance requirements.
- Communicate operational issues, delays, or equipment concerns promptly to management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times.
