About The Position

Legacy Supply Chain, supporting Product Distribution Company - a subsidiary of GE Appliances, is hiring an experienced full time Local Class A Driver for out of Decatur, AL. As a Local Class A Driver, you will be responsible for running containers from the Huntsville Norfolk Southern Container Port to Decatur, AL as well as moving other local freight as needed. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL License
18 Months of verifiable work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must have a clean MVR
Current DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

running containers from the Huntsville Norfolk Southern Container Port to Decatur, AL
moving other local freight as needed
Abide by all OSHA rules, DOT regulations and Legacy SCS safety practices
Maintain accurate driver E-logs
Ability to perform additional duties as assigned
