Requirements
- Flexible Availability: Must be available for late-night shifts to support our lively evening atmosphere.
- Weekend Commitment: Willingness to work weekends as needed during peak business hours.
- Holiday Shifts: Openness to working holidays to ensure memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the bar, ensuring proper storage of liquor, fruit, and juices.
- Prepare cocktails to Beverage Standards using standard jigger and follow check-handling procedures (credit card only, no cash tabs).
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking ice, beer, soda, and juices, replacing glassware, and cleaning floors and trash cans at shift’s end.
- Complete all opening and closing duties as outlined in the checklist.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
