About The Position

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. The Lobby Experience Host will provide a genuine wee experience to participants as they arrive at the facility. Lobby Experience Hosts will be responsible for checking participants into their guest room, maintaining aprehensive understanding of the facility to clearly answer participant inquiries and working closely with the facility housekeeping team to ensure a seamless participant guestroom experience. In addition to managing the entire lobby experience, Lobby Experience Hosts will also be responsible for quickly and efficiently cataloging and delivering participant luggage to their guestroom upon arrival, and from the guest room during departure. The ideal candidate for this position will possess refinedmunication skills, both verbal and written, and will work tirelessly to provide an unettable participant experience during all phases of their stay on property.   • Refined oral and writtenmunication skills with the ability tomunicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
  • The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants
  • Candidates must be energetic and thrive to connect with others in delivering unparalleled service

Nice To Haves

  • Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting is preferred
