About The Position

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's public areas, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role reports to the Director of Operations and is a non-exempt position.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform strenuous activities for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required
  • Fluency in English is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect assigned areas, including public spaces, guest corridors, and service areas
  • Restock towels and supplies in public restrooms and replace amenities as needed
  • Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, following OSHA regulations and company safety/sanitation requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, using it only as intended
  • Report maintenance problems and handle guest requests or complaints in a professional manner
