Lobby Attendant The Housekeeping department plays an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the resort. The Housekeeping team takes great care in the quality of the environment with an attention to detail to ensure all guests have a clean and welcoming experience. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guest rooms (luggage, irons, coffee, towels, etc.). This position is a PM shift position that requires weekends, the hours will range from 3pm-2am in an 8-hour span, typical hours at 3p-11p, 6p-2am, 4p-12a, 5p-1a. Job Summary: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of public spaces as assigned. The Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey is the premier oceanfront hotel between New York and Atlantic City, which offers 255 spacious guest rooms, featuring comfortable bedding and views of the Atlantic Ocean; five luxury suites, offering large sitting areas and wide balconies; 100,000 square feet of meeting/event space with 38 function rooms; private beach; fine dining and casual restaurants; tennis court, two swimming pools, a heated whirlpool, fitness center, and a full-service spa. In accordance with New Jersey State Legislature (New Jersey Legislature Bill S2310 Sca (1R)) which requires private employers with ten (10) or more employees to include a range of pay for all advertised jobs, promotion, or transfer opportunities.
