Job Description To service and maintain the cleanliness of all the building areas including public and associates, lobbies, executive offices, fitness center, outside grounds in accordance with Omni Standards.

Requirements

Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work with Management on special projects
Able to work under limited supervision.
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

To ensure the building areas are serviced throughout the day.
To ensure the facilities, guests and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
To service all designated areas (restrooms, executive offices, lobbies, fitness center, grounds).
Performs daily laundering of all fitness center locker room towels, including washing, drying, and restocking to maintain a clean and well-supplied environment.
Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department at all times.
Adhere by safety and sanitization regulations as instructed by OSHA and the Omni Hotels & Resorts.
Ensure main guest entrance and meeting spaces are always neat and clean.
Pickup and sorting all dirty towels from the fitness center.
Operate small washer/dryer to wash all dirty towels from the fitness center.
Open and close work requests in Synergy.
