Join our Housekeeping team and play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will deliver outstanding service while maintaining the hotel’s pristine appearance, ensuring guest corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas are consistently clean and welcoming. You will also engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing safe and reliable shuttle service, contributing to a seamless and memorable stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
  • One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
  • Grasp, lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to load and unload luggage
  • Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances at the hotel

Nice To Haves

  • One year prior driver, hospitality and housekeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously maintaining public areas of the hotel
  • Offer clear assistance and guidance to ensure the safety of guests and team members during fire or other emergency situations
  • Provide safe, reliable, and professional shuttle service as needed, ensuring timely transportation and a positive guest experience.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding area
  • Assist guests with loading, unloading, and storing luggage
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
