Audi of Pembroke Pines is seeking a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a seamless experience for our service customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and basic correspondence
  • Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one or small group settings
  • Ability to follow instructions delivered in written, verbal, or diagram form
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous rental car experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with valet staff to ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned inside and out before being assigned to customers
  • Confirm that each loaner vehicle has at least ¼ tank of fuel prior to handoff
  • Conduct thorough vehicle check-ins for fuel levels and any existing damage before the customer departs
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all loaner contracts
  • Prepare and stage loaner vehicles for early morning appointments
  • Escort customers to their assigned vehicle, perform a walk-around inspection, and review preexisting damage and fuel levels
