This role will be responsible for loaner vehicles, setting service appointments, verifying appointments, providing follow-up calls and informing the appropriate service advisor of upcoming arrivals.

Requirements

• Customer service focused and friendly
• Excel and Word proficient
• Reliable and punctual
• A team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Valid ARIZONA driver's license
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last impression of the Service Department
• Greet clients with a smile as they arrive
• Answer initial questions from the clients
• Answer phones and set appointments for our clients
• Assist clients with loaner vehicles
• Check-in & check-out loaner vehicles
• Keep loaner excel spreadsheet up to date
• Make hang tags for Advisors
• Enter tire DOT's for warranty
