Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- May lift up to 10 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients that are in for service
- Preparing the loaner agreements and reviewing with customers
- Recording all the loaner fleet information
- Coordinating with Collision Centers with damaged vehicle repairs
- Filing insurance claims on damaged vehicles
- Filing loaner agreement documents
- Coordinating with Valets gas in vehicles and car washes
- Inspecting vehicles for damage.
- Coordinating with the valets to have loaner cars brought forward for customers
- Staging cars in the afternoon for the following morning.
- Documenting the loaner usage and shuttles for Porsche Warranty reimbursement
- We currently operate with around 40 loaner cars in the fleet and approximately 4 loaner appointments a day.
